Automation Engineer
About the Role
TheGulfDirectory is looking for an Automation Engineer to build and manage systems that automate our social media presence and drive audience growth across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. You'll own the full pipeline — from content scheduling and AI-assisted caption generation to analytics and performance reporting.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain automation workflows for social media posting across multiple platforms
Integrate AI tools to generate and adapt content for different channels
Set up approval flows and scheduling systems (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier)
Monitor growth metrics and automate reporting dashboards
Identify and act on growth opportunities through data-driven automation
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, or similar)
Familiarity with social media APIs (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript
Strong understanding of social media growth strategies
Bonus: experience with AI content generation tools
